What can
I do if I don't like my child's portrait?
We offer a 100%
Satisfaction Guarantee on all portrait packages.
If for any reason
you do not like the pictures you receive
you can do
one of the following options.
1. There
may be a picture in our archives that you may
prefer.
Although we only
offer one pose, our photographers do take multiple
pictures to capture the
best expression. We
have experts at selecting the best photographs for
you, however there
may be one that you would prefer
better.
Please contact
Windmill Photography within two weeks of receiving
your portraits to
see if there are additional
pictures. We will make arrangements for your
to view proofs,
and if you would like one of the the
other pictures we will exchange them with you at no
cost.
2. You can
also simply return the photographs to us at:

Please include a
note explaining why you are returning the
photographs.
A full refund
will be sent to you within one month.
Please note that
we must receive returns back to us within one six
weeks of your
child's original portrait day.
No refunds or
exchanges are issued past six weeks of your child's
original
Picture Day.
