Dance School Photographers

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2009 DANCE ORDERS

A separate order envelope is required for each individual costume

Please feel free to write one check for multiple envelopes,

but we need a separate order envelope for each costume you would like a picture of.

A Portrait Package must be purchased for each individual costume

OR you can create your own package by selecting THREE or more Add On Packages.

(Add On Items can only be added on to a package)

We identify group photographs by SONG NAME and CLASS TIME
If you are not sure of the name of the song your child's class is dancing to-
please ask the school to ensure that you will receive the right group photograph.

1. When is my child's portrait day?

Contact your child's dance school or contact Windmill Photography 631 424 7797

2. Can I have siblings photographed together and separately?

Of course! We refer to this as a “buddy shot.” You need to fill out an envelope for each photograph, meaning you would fill out one for each child, and a separate envelope for the buddy shot.

3. I have more than one child and would like to order only one package. Can I use one of the 8x10s for one child, and the other 8x10 for the other?

No, we do not allow splitting up the packages.

4. When will my child's portraits be delivered?

Approximately 3 weeks after portraits are taken.

5. When do I need to pay for portraits?

Payment is due on Picture Day. Please insert proper amount into your order envelope. Checks, Money Orders and Cash accepted.

6. What can I do if I don't like my child's portraits?

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all portrait packages. If for any reason you do not like the pictures you receive you can do one of the following:

· There may be a picture in our archives that you may prefer. Although we only offer one pose, our photographers do take multiple pictures to capture the best expression. We have experts selecting the best photographs for you, however there may be one that you would prefer. Please contact Windmill Photography to see if there are additional pictures. We will make arrangements for you to view proofs, and if you would like one of the other pictures we will exchange them with you at no cost. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your pictures

· You can simply return the photographs to us at: 119 Woodbury Road, Huntington, NY 11743 with a note explaining why you are returning the photographs. A full refund will be returned to you within three weeks.

7. Why can't I design my own package?

We try to meet the needs of all customers by offering a variety of print sizes and portrait packages. If you would like additional prints, please refer to the reorder sheet included in your child's portrait package.

8. How can I order more portraits?

There should be a reorder form included in your portrait package. If you need another copy, please contact Windmill Photography. Reorders must be mailed directly to Windmill Photography at: P.O. Box 4167, Huntington, NY 11743. Re orders can take up to 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

9. Were multiple poses taken of my child and if so, can I see them?

Our photographers pose your child once, then take multiple pictures to capture the best expression. Our lab technicians are experts at selecting the best picture. On rare occasions, an alternate pose of your child may be available. If you would like to find out if another pose of your child was taken, please contact Windmill Photography.

9. Do you offer headshots for dancers
