Photographer Employment Information

Windmill Photography is always on the lookout for great photographers!

Being a great photographer has a lot more to do with it than taking great pictures though. 

Part of what we do is relating to children, parents and clients, being prompt, professional, courteous, well mannered and even reasonably well dressed.  To work with us you have to really enjoy spending time with children, have a good attention to detail, and understand that its really hard to take great pictures of a kid if they don't like you!  We try to have fun, appreciate diversity and get along great with each other.  Many of our shoots involve 8 Windmill Photography staff at once, so we all have to take a team approach and work together to get the job done right.  To this end, hourly wages are supplemented with bonuses for doing great jobs and many of our employees have told us that they like working together with us more than anything else they have ever done.  It's one of the complements we value most!
